1. What this is, and what it is not
Stocks Maker is a technical analysis tool. It is not a financial advisory service, and nothing on it is advice.
Every score, signal, reference level and risk level is produced programmatically from historical market data and technical indicators. They are informational and educational. Nothing here is a recommendation that any security, portfolio or strategy is suitable for you or for anyone else.
This is an analysis and simulation platform. It is not authorised by the Capital Market Authority and does not need to be: it places no real orders, holds no client money, and gives no investment advice.
Any order you decide to place is placed by you, at a broker licensed by your own regulator, under your own name and at your own responsibility. The platform never touches it.
2. Risk and liability
Trading carries real financial risk. You are solely responsible for your own research and your own decisions.
Stocks Maker Administration, its developers and its affiliates are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss — including loss of capital, loss of profit or trading losses — arising from use of, or inability to use, the platform, its alerts, its reference levels, its risk levels or its data.
By registering or using the platform you indemnify and hold Stocks Maker Administration harmless from financial harm arising directly or indirectly from your use of the data it provides.
3. Intellectual property
The scoring system, the composite algorithms, the screener output and the dashboards are the property of the platform. You may not redistribute, resell or republish them, in whole or in part.
4. Subscriptions and billing
A subscription is priced per market and per add-on, plus VAT at the rate shown on the pricing page at the time you subscribe.
You may cancel at any time. Payments already made are non-refundable unless stated otherwise. When a subscription ends, access to the paid features stops.
Card payment is not open yet. Plans requested through the pricing page are recorded, and we contact you to arrange payment.
5. Accounts
One account is for one person. Keep your password to yourself; you are responsible for what happens under your account.
The free trial is granted once per account and requires a confirmed email address.
